For years, sci-fi movies have played with holograms, digital people, preserved identities, and futuristic avatars. Some of them feel surprisingly close to what we are building at Evani. Not exactly us, but close enough for us to smile, point at the screen, and say, “Yep, that one goes on the page.”

It is not really the warm and personal direction Evani is going for, but it still touches the idea of a person’s mind, logic, and identity continuing through technology.

That emotional setup is one of the closest references to Evani in all of sci-fi.
A parent still being able to teach, explain, and guide across time is exactly the kind of feeling people instantly understand.

Someone important is gone, yet still appears when needed, still offers advice, and still feels present.
That is not Evani in a technical sense, but it is very Evani in spirit.

The concept of creating a digital self is what makes this relevant to Evani.
It is a darker and more literal take, but still a strong pop-culture reference for the idea of human identity extending into technology.

This one is less about preserving a person directly, and more about humans creating intelligence in their own image.
It still belongs here because it raises an important question.
How much of the creator ends up inside what they create? For Evani, that question matters a lot. We just prefer the answer to be less terrifying.
We like the futuristic part. Not the creepy android part.

The Leah Brahms hologram is one of the neatest examples of an interactive digital version of a real person.
What makes it interesting is that the system builds a representation using available knowledge about her.
That is exactly why Evani believes the real person should be involved in shaping their own avatar.
